At OneClick Website Design, we collect and process ‘personal data’ and/or ‘sensitive personal data’ as defined in the General Data Protection Regulations. This may be data on our clients, their staff/suppliers, as well as data within our own administrative systems. All data are processed in accordance with the legislation – be it on site to the Policy of the client, or on our own systems in line with this policy. All feasible security systems are in place.
The information we collect, and why we collect it
On some parts of our site you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. your name and email address) in order to receive information from us. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable us and our service providers to provide you with the information you require. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy.
Also we automatically collect information about your visit to our site, based on the IP address of your computer. The IP address is a unique identifier usually allocated by your ISP. We use this information to measure site usage, and to help us track our users choice of browser, so that we can work to improve the site.
Sharing the information
We will never share or sell individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered to by a court of law. Information submitted to us is available only to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to our contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating solely to our communications with you.
Location of the information
The information will be held within the European Union.
None of the above affects your rights to request access to any of your personal data we may hold. Should you wish to make such a request under the legislation, please do so in writing – email is acceptable. Please note that we may charge a £10 administration fee for requests, which is payable in advance and non-refundable.
